Forest View Arabians
is nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of Central Wisconsin. It
is owned by Scott and Tricia Kurszewski. Tricia has an Applied Science
Degree and is an Honor Graduate of the Lakeshore Technical College
Equine Management Program. In addition to her education, she also has
years of experience gained by working on large breeding farms with both
Polish and Straight Egyptian Arabians. Scott has a Bachelor of Science
degree Form UW Madison and is very adept in developing a nutritional
program for each individual horses’ needs.
As partners, this brother
and sister team has developed a wonderful breeding program and has had
many
show
ring successes as well an international interest. Forest View Arabians
began with the discovery of ERAF Emptahar as a suckling. The look of
Ruminaja Ali was one that the Kurszewski’s had always admired and the
prepotency of that line was also very admirable. One look at this
youngster was all it took and they knew they had found the colt they
were searching for. After the purchase of Emptahar, show ring success
was sure to follow, including Futurity Grand Championships, Class A
Championships, and Egyptian Event Top Tens and a Regional Reserve
Championship. At the 2003 Egyptian Event,
Emptahar was the only stallion to be a halter class winner as well as
siring winners in both halter and performance classes.
Horses from their breeding
program have gained international interest and have also been an
inspiration for artists worldwide. Straight Egyptian, Egyptian related,
and Pure Polish mares have been utilized with great success. The success
of the program is based on producing horses with Arabian type, correct
conformation, versatility, and excellent dispositions. Forest View
Arabians are unmistakably Arabian. Horses from mares with all types of
bloodlines have earned numerous
awards
in the halter and performance arenas in a variety of disciplines. Horses
bred at Forest View, as well as client bred foals, have earned numerous
Event Top Tens, Grand Champion Futurity honors, and multiple Class A
wins. They have also earned several Get of Sire and Produce of Dam
championships, proving that the breeding program is producing some of
the finest Arabians available today. There will undoubtedly be more
Champions produced by this breeding program. These horses are easily
marketed throughout the U.S. and have been exported to the Middle East
as well. They are also great trail and pleasure mounts, bringing their
owners many hours of enjoyment.
Forest View Arabians also
boasts great client support. Live cover and shipped semen are both
